Whether you're looking to promote literacy in schools, provide engaging reads for employees, or add a literary touch to your next event, we’ve got you covered. We offer a diverse selection of books, including bestsellers, children’s books, and culturally relevant reads. Book us today and let’s turn your space into a pop-up bookstore! Standard booking is two hours but can be modified after virtual consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Da Book Joint Book Fair Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Da Book Joint to bring the bookstore experience to your school, workplace, or organization! Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and successful event: Booking Confirmation & Consultation After submitting your booking request, you will be contacted within 48 hours to schedule a virtual consultation. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your audience, space, budget, preferred genres, and any special requests to customize your book fair experience. Deposits & Payment A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date, depending on the size and scope of your event. Final payment terms will be discussed during the consultation and must be completed by the event date unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations & Rescheduling Book fairs must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event to avoid additional charges. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Event Requirements We require a dedicated space (indoors or covered outdoor area) with at least one table and chairs. Travel & Setup Travel within the Chicagoland area is included. Additional fees may apply for events outside of this area. Our team typically arrives 30–60 minutes before start time to set up and prepare for the event. Inventory & Special Orders We curate the selection based on your community’s needs and interests. Special book requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. Communication For any questions or concerns before your event, you can always reach out to us directly via email or phone.
